I didn’t like the fact that this beautiful hotel had a small pool and it wasn’t kid friendly …. Also staff could be more friendlier and smile some more

Check-in; wasn’t informed I needed a credit card but they took the deposit off my debit/Visa card. Room had garbage on the floor and toenail clippings in the tub so we didn’t use it. Pool was shut down, kids racing up and down the halls…no housekeeping by service despite having sign on door. Expected a better stay considering the price was charged…

I was staying at one of your Saskatoon Canada locations 2815 lonre ave. My self and my family have found our self in need of your hotel services for the next couple of weeks. Our family home in Saskatoon is unlivable at the moment because of the environmental impact on Saskatchewan. Our homes hot water boiler furnace and water pipes have caused no heat and mass flooding in our home because of blown out pipes and furnace shut down. I made a booking early morning on Jan 13 and the booking was made via third party and payed in full till the Jan 17. Was told earlier check in wasn’t possible(it was minus -50 this morning) I formed (Miss Mery) I would pay for early check in as it was too cold to wait in our truck for about 5 hours. That same day my insurance company informed me my stay with your hotel would need to be extended. I extended my stay with the hotel till the 22 of Jan and may be needed longer.I have had nothing but a difficult and disrespectful treatment since arriving at your establishment.Today me and my family woke up to a mass flood in our hotel room and when I informed the staff and manager about this incident I was treated with hostility and disrespect.So as it stands right now. Our family was to left to find new accommodation after being told they no longer could accommodated us. This hotel is a dump look up there reviews on staff and management. I recommend IHG staybridge suites. This hotel has been nothing but amazing.

We initially were checked into the wrong room. Then we were moved to another room.. That still was Not the right room that I had booked. We realized the room was not very clean dirty sheets, inside out, bottle cap on the floor..sofa bed had never been cleaned and remade. there was a bunch of long blonde hairs in the towels. And overall just was not satisfied. being that it was Christmas Day and the hotel had signs up saying limited housekeeping to provide time for their staff to be with family and friends. I didn't complain that night..we just took the bedding out of the closet that was in a bag and used that. in the morning, I did express my concerns upon checkout. Was not given anything to compensate. then was initially billed over a $100 more than quoted. the nice girl did reverse some of the charges, but what we thought was a $180 room still turned out to be nearly $220. Extremely dissatisfied!

Great location. Easy access to all major roads in the south end. Hotel is nice and quiet. Suites are nice for putting kids to bed. Had a bit of cleanliness issues - couch had a big white stain on the cushion and beard hair was left in the soap tray.

When we first checked in we were give key cards to what was supposed to be our room that we had booked, got to the room and used the key card to open the door to the room to find out that someone else was in the room. It was a very awkward and uncomfortable encounter, we had been travelling all night with our young child and were very frustrated with how long it took for us to get into a room to rest, we were upgraded with no charge to a king suite from the queen suite which when I was booking was only 10-20 dollars more, then when checking out I mentioned it again as we were to tired the night of to even think about what had just happened and they said since the room was already paid for there was nothing they could do and gave me 2 10 dollar dennys cards for breakfast on them? So what I’m getting out of this is they value that very awkward and uncomfortable situation at roughly $40? Very unprofessional and likely won’t book there again

Loud music all through out the night and no security. Unsafe will never stay there again especially with children.
