We asked when checking in to have both bookings under one room, were told it was done. There was no coffee pot in our room.Next day, called and said we must check out & back in. When I went to check out was told the paperwork wasn't ready. I left for the show and when I came back with a dog, luggage & toddler to be locked out of room. When I spoke to the front staff I was told it was because I didn't check out & back in. I explained and was told. It wasn't them and I need to follow the steps.

My family stayed there 1 night on our way home from a funeral in Edmonton. We should have kept driving through the night because the noise and shaking from another room somewhere in the building kept some of my family up past 2am. The pool also closes at 9 meaning you have limited time to swim in the evening, which we weren’t able to do.

Rooms were very clean and beds were nice. Kids liked the pool. Breakfast was excellent. Staff were wonderful when my husband had to go to the hospital. They gave us a later check out to accomodate our family.

Nice and close to walkable shopping, restaurants, etc. Quiet. Rooms are nice. Hot tub is small tho so not baby can fit. Parking is easy and lady at front desk was amazing, friendly and on the ball

Perfect for a night while on family trip. Enough services in walking distance, really good breakfast. We have often stayed here while on road trips with our kids.

Unfortunately the pool and hot tub were freezing cold because of a boiler issue. We booked so that the kids could swim - disappointed that there was no communication.

Enjoyed our family stay. We were comfortable. And the location was quite, comparing to staying right in the city of Regina. We were they on a Saturday evening, a night before a rider game. The kids had a blast on the water slide. And the hours of the pool were convienent.

impossible to get any sleep, people running around the halls all night and partying. only nice thing was amenities close by and the pool was mostly empty and had to ourselves because the hotel was filled with people partying and not families.

This is experience was not great after Driving 14hrs looking forward to sleep. There was 2 junior hockey teams that partied until 3am. Contacted the front desk twice and both times the kids were told to shut it down with no luck. Not the front desks fault kids are being direspectful, however the front desk should have contacted the coaches and told them to quiet there kids or they would be removed with no refund as there are paying travelers that cannot get rest due to there hooligans.
