Nice hotel. Clean and comfortable rooms. Pool area was very nice and clean. Breakfast was good. Common areas were nice and front staff let parents "unwind" in common areas at night during a child sporting event weekend.

Front desk said my room number out loud while I strange man stood behind me (I was with 3 female children). So the hotel didn’t adhere to my privacy. No cribs/playpens like other Hampton Hotels, small selection of tea (but the honey was locked up in the kitchen), breakfast was limited and burnt. I wasn’t the only customer who was searching for breakfast items (stir sticks weren’t near coffee/ tea, cereal spoons on the other side). I called front desk a couple times to ask a question and no one would answer. I went to the front twice and NO ONE WAS THERE!

We were not informed when booking that the pool was closed for Reno’s and the whole reason for staying here was for the kids to swim during our stay. When checking in the lady behind the desk was quite rude as well, especially when we asked about the pool. The room was clean and beds were comfy.

We had a quick overnight stay. The kids were disappointed that the pool was closed do to maintenance. The continental breakfast was decent and the price of the room was good.

The hotel is great. I've stayed there few times in the past. Great rooms, breakfast is good. The one thing that is disappointing is that the pool is closed. This is a big deal for my family. Luckily, I had some other family in another hotel that had a pool.

The staff is super nice. Rooms are clean. We were not informed the pool was under construction, which was a main reason for choosing this hotel with our young kids. Our first room had broken heat but they rectified it immediately and very nicely

Basic hotel and breakfast.. The room was beaten and old. There was a cushioned bench by the TV and it was dirty and stained. My kids found toys from the previous occupants. The apple juice taste water.Swimming pool is close for maintenance. Anyhow, it was good to have a place to stay after a hard busy day we had.

I usually love staying at all Hampton Inn locations but this one had some downfalls, we weren’t notified that the pool was closed for renovations, not even upon checkin, our room was incredibly small and was supposed to have 2 queen beds but those beds were definitely not queen sized! Plus, I have a dog and completely love that people can travel so freely with their dogs now, however, there was a room just a couple doors down that the dogs barked A LOT all night. We were far enough away that I could hear them but it didn’t wake up my kids. If I was closer I would have been very upset though. Other than that they have such friendly staff and the breakfast in the morning is always fantastic!

Compared to the Hampton Suites we stayed at in Medicine Hat, this hotel was not as updated, the pool and hot tub were out of service which my kids wanted to go in the pool. There were no restaurants within walking distance.
