Best Western Plus Eastgate Inn & Suites

Wonderful new facility with amazing and caring staff, huge rooms and great pool for the kiddos. Had a great breakfast with many choices and wonderful coffee. Kids thoroughly enjoyed the assortment of fancy hot chocolates. Will definitely be back again when in Regina.

Conveniently located for our visit to Regina and very family friendly. The hotel was perfect for what we needed and the staff (especially the hotel manager) were friendly and super helpful. I loved that breakfast was included and the pool was great for our little kiddo.

Room and facilities were in excellent condition. Appeared to be very clean. Quiet family accommodations. Bed was was great. Close to main highway and shopping. Would stay again.

First time staying at this hotel. We stayed for a little staycation for my birthday. Room was excellent. Booked a king suite and it was large, modern, clean and had all the amenities you could want. Used the pool and it’s a great little mini water park. The kids would really enjoy the lazy river. Staff were around keeping things clean, which was great to see. Walked to supper and had a great meal, just a 10 min walk and there were several options. Beds were standard, but lots of pillows to choose from. Complementary breakfast was delicious with plenty of options, both hot and cold. Attendants were busy keeping items stocked and clean. Couldn’t have asked for more. I highly recommend this little gem. We will be back!

Was able to check in early as I had a work function at 1 and I was travelling with a toddler and a pet. Very accommodating will definitely stay again

We had a great stay here while in Regina. It was super easy to find and close to shopping and food. The staff was excellent and went above and beyond with their service. The breakfast was excellent and the kids loved the pool. Look forward to staying here again next year.

Great breakfast and pool area for kids

Our stay was good but the room floor wasn’t clean and the tub faucet was literally falling off. The kids enjoyed the pool and the staff was nice. Rooms were quiet and had what you needed.

The hotel was clean and the front desk staff were very pleasant to deal with. The room itself was well appointed and very clean. I was with my kids, so a pool was a needed factor in anyplace we stayed at, and although, it was very cool to start with, we all got used to it Would recommend

We booked a pet friendly suite with a separate bedroom so my toddler could go to bed earlier than everyone else. I checked in and then asked the desk staff if there wasn’t a pet fee as there usually is at hotels. He got very upset as he had given us a hypoallergenic room on a pet free floor and had given our room to someone else. The only other room in the hotel was a lower grade room and refused to give me a refund as the total would only be $30 less. The room we got the beds are literally falling apart, the frames are broken, and have sharp wood sides sticking out of the king sized bed frames that they have on queen beds. This hotel is ridiculous, I would never stay here again
