The property had a fair amount of local amenities including a large shopping mall. Close to the highway and a good sized roof for our family. The pool and gym were clean and in good working order.

I was here during a kid’s hockey tournament. The kids were all over the hotel and started to play Nicky Nicky Nine Doors. This hotel should have free breakfast for the price. On the positive note, the hotel is very convenient with lots of stores and restaurants around.

This was a last minute booking and we were looking for a location that was family friendly and convenient for us. We stayed on the 15th floor and had a king bed. The best is super comfortable. The amenities are very convenient. I would book again for its price and location.

The hotel was quiet and clean, my family and I received a good night’s layover sleep.

Booked this hotel as a family of 5, rooms can definitely accommodate us but as soon as we arrived (9pm from our of town) we had to call to have maintenance come up because the toilet wasn't working. Then we noticed after that the bathroom door doesn't lock. I don't usually pay attention to if the hotel offers some type of continental breakfast because we have stayed in many many hotels and have always had a continental breakfast, very disappointed that this hotel doesn't offer anything, you have to dine at the restaurant. Only thing that was nice about this hotel was the nice heated pool, but then after swimming for maybe 20 minutes it started to fill up with people because there was a "swim class" being held, so we felt as though we had to leave. Definitely won't be staying at Doubletree again.

Excellent facility and great front desk service. Swimming pool is great. Only thing that the Hotel have to fix and check is that there are private swimming classes on the swimming pool with lot of kids and parents (grand parents). Kids, instructors and parents are all nice, but hotel guests cannot swim freely because private swimming classes for kids for hours. The Hotel should not allow this. The others are all wonderful.

It was a beautiful stay as a family. The front desk was exceptional specially Megan and Tarun and the manger (forgot her name). Megan did some neeful changes to accommodate my family with her manager and Tarun gave us the cushion to late checkout. The pool and the fitness rooms were good. It was quiet and right off the highway. Only small issue was that wen i requested for room service where i was told i have to inform them a day ahead which was never communicated. They still sent me all supplies but i didnt have anyone clean our rooms. Thats only downfall. Apart from that everything else was good and awesome. I love the friendly atmosphere with the staff. Keep up the good work. Will visit in the future.

It was great - easy to get around. Great location. Nice room. Fantastic pool. It is shallow (3-4 feet) which makes for an amazing experience for my children and I. Thank you!

No complaints.. just stayed one night and travelled with family. No breakfast included.

Staff were welcoming, was difficult to access property due to construction. Booked this room as it said we had options for paid movies and channels for children as we are driving a great distance and kids wanted somewhere to relax. Tried to get the in room chrome cast service to work and was then told it’s old and they no longer offer it and just couldn’t remove the stickers. Had no channels with family friendly content therefore we were stuck in the room with no child friendly tv to relax with.. would have booked elsewhere for far cheaper had we been aware. Other issue is extra bedding was shoved into a dresser and was too high for the drawers so I had to disassemble the drawers to get the bedding out and then put it all back together. Overall a frustrating and disappointing experience.
