Comfort Inn Pembroke

The evening staff went above and beyond for my family. They never hesitated to help us solve any issues that arose. Very clean room and slept well. The only issue was lack of seating for the breakfast portion of our stay. However this was more because of the other guests staying seated long after they were finished their meal, and not staff managing the breakfast.

We have stayed at this C.I. a number of times before and were looking forward to this first trip to see family since 2020. The first disappointment came when we made a coffee and found there was not even powder milk. So much for that. Then we went down for breakfast in the am to find only three tables and all taken of course. Saw some out in a hallway but we had to head back to our room with our trays. Got our trays ready after fighting with the toaster to make it stay down. The host had to come out and bang it like crazy to have it work. He was very nice and understanding. We will be finding another hotel for our trips up to Pembroke.

Out to visit family in the area. The stay at the hotel was comfortable, clean and quiet.

We stayed here for 2 nights- 2 adults and a child... There's nothing wrong with this place, and the staff were great, but the rooms are so small and there's no elevator so I'm not sure it should be called a hotel.
