The girl working front desk when we checked in was incredibly nice and welcoming. She was able to get us into the pool early and recommended places to go while our room got ready. The next morning, since I was alone with my 3 kids, she went and packed us up breakfast to eat in our room. I missed getting her name but just wanted to say the service was great! And we loved the whole hotel, will definitely be back!

The Best Western was exactly as pictured! We were very satisfied with our stay—-the rooms were beautiful, clean, and ready when we arrived. The house keeping staff were friendly and eager to assist us with anything at all that we needed. The check-in was easy, and the staff were so polite/friendly. The facilities were all working, and just as pictured. The pool was so big, and wonderful after a long drive. I would return without hesitation as well as recommend to all of my family/friends!

Great hotel with a fantastic restaurant onsite with room service. Pool is great temperature, nice big patio outside from the pool. Very cool poolside rooms which is what I booked is great if you are staying with kids!

I would think a jacuzzi room is often used by couples. We enjoyed the room but not so much the noise from the pool first thing in the morning. We rented a room to have time away from our children but were woken up as soon as the pool opened by shrieking children. I think a warning should come with the room reservation about the noise level poolside. Also had a wet sticky area near our AC unit. Wasn’t noticed until the middle of the night and was mentioned at check out but that made me wonder if other things were not clean.
