We’ve stayed here before and have always had great service. Staff is great and friendly. Only complaint would be the walls were dirty in our room by the garbage can and the kids screaming up the hallways was a little much. I also know this is not the fault of the facility. Our fault for booking during a hockey tournament!

This is a very nice hotel. It is conveniently located off the 401. The room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. I would return again and I would recommend the hotel to friends and family.

Didn't spend much time in the room other than to sleep and shower and that worked out perfectly. Some noise from nearby kids but kids will be kids. Ran into zero Karens so everything went well.

In retrospect, I made an unwise choice in staying here on this specific date due to it being March break. It’s a very nice hotel for the price but they need to put hockey families on a pre determined floor and regular guests on a different one. The parents allowed their kids to play hockey in the hallways and after complaining the staff allowed the kids to play in the lobby. What these inconsiderate parents don’t realize is that not everyone sleeps at the same time especially when people sleep early (6pm-4am ) so we can reach our destination when needed. I realize the hotel makes alot of money with these hockey families but travelers like myself frequent these places year round yet we have no rights when these families are there. I hate it when I need to fork out higher costs for better hotels to escape the inconsiderate people associated with these hockey tournaments. Wow, I guess that’s todays society when the kids rule over the parents. I guess this is par for the course.

Property and room was clean but there was 25 kids in the lobby playing games and yelling. Our room was on the second floor and the same kids were running from room to room yelling and carrying on

Nice and clean, very friendly staff, great breakfast. Lots of families and a few dogs. Only drawback is that it's behind a large truck stop, and not really comfortably walkable to anything. But if you have a car, it's fine.

The hotel itself is clean. But what was disappointing is that we got arranged on a floor surrounded by a group of 10 ish rooms (the group has around 20 kids and 7-8 grown-ups). We got to the hotel around 11 pm, kids are still screaming and running around in the doorway, and the grown-ups are sitting in the doorway having beers and chatting loudly. The second morning, the kids starts talking and running around at 8 and we did not have a good sleep because of it. I wish the hotel could realize the group is nosy and arrange us on a completely different floor to avoid this. It was a disappointing experience for the over $300/night rate we paid.

2 night stay with family in July. No issues. Obviously a thoughtful management as each room had a plug in night light for the bathroom, a nice touch. Breakfast included hot and cold items. Great AC. About 20 min drive to downtown Kingston. Food and groceries close by.

very noisy with lots of kids running around...expected because of hockey tournament but parents could have been more mindful of other guests
