From the second we entered until we left, the staff was polite and helpful. Everything was clean amd very beautifully decorated. The pool, gym and patio were quiet and we enjoyed our time using them. We ate dinner and breakfast at the bistro. The food was 10 out 10! Delicious , fast and fresh. I plan on visiting again and will wil recommended to friends and family.

The room itself was clean and staff were polite and had a desire to help but when it came to resolving the issue of comfort they could not help us. On the website it states cribs are available- but they are not - a play pen is what they offer, with wooden bottoms and a 1/4 inch foam and is way too hard for any child for an overnight stay. Our 2 year old ended up in our bed and not one of us had a restful sleep. Anyone with a toddler knows what we are talking about! Please note we also payed a premium for the say and nowhere on the website did it say the pool area slide and hot tub were out of commission. This may seem as a small issue but when paying a premium we feel for the stay and the amenities are part of the price.

Room I booked was NOT what I got. Was directed to make a bed on the floor for my child with pillows and blankets. This survey told me someone would reach out to me and I’ve still. Or heard from anyone.

We booked a room in this hotel for the pool cause of a promise we made to our kids, and free breakfast. We got here no free breakfast and when we went to the pool it was closed for maintenance and they told us it will reopen in 2 hours. Came back again 2 hours later with kids that really we’re looking forward to get into the pool to tell us it’s not opening again that evening and probably not the next day. It was extremely disappointing since we came a long way and there’s nothing really to do with kids in the evenings here. So not coming back again for sure.

The hotel was clean and perfect for what we needed for our family weekend away. The location is great. The pool and slide were great for my kids. The only thing my family didn’t like was the pillows. Made our sleep not as comfortable as it could be. Should have brought our own. Otherwise, great stay!!

It was great , room was huge . Pool and hot tub we're open 7am till 11 . The itinerary said you had to book a time slot , however when we arrived they said go anytime. Slide was not open but that was okay we knew it likely would not be. My kids loves the place. The staff was friendly

I picked this hotel for the waterslide, pool and hot tub. We were informed at check in that the waterslide is only open on the weekend when they have a lifeguard, later heard it is Saturday 9 to 12. The hot tub was broken, which happens but was just another disappointment. There was also hair all over the pool deck which made you question cleanliness. I wanted to do something fun for two special boys close to home over their Christmas break and it was honestly one disappointment after another. The slide was the whole reason we went to this hotel and i feel they lured many families with the slide only to be disappointed. They gave us a free breakfast when i complained. Things i liked; quiet, clean rooms, good area for anyone walking.

Everything was ok, our family specifically went to use the slide in the pool area and unfortunately it was close as well as the hot tub.
