Our entire stay from check--in, to room size cleanliness, amenities, closeness, room service, housekeeping, dining, location, surrounding views to check-out was smooth and better than expected. This was our first family stay at this hotel. Overall service was outstanding especially when wishing you well at check out by Guest Service Taylor. Friendly, professional and informative. This place is highly recommended. Will definitely return.

The hotel is in Owen sound. And lots of parking outside and rooms are big. But for what I paid not worth it! Old dirty carpets on the floors and no buffet breakfast and no kids breakfast. Only a few choices and not cheap. Nothing in the room about breakfast,lunch or dinner. Als check in lady and men are looking not interested and are not very friendly. I wxpeimore from a three star hotel

it was our first time in Owen Sound. the location was perfect as it is in between Tobermory and Sauble Beach! we had a wonderful stay at Best Western Inn. the facility is clean and well kept. staff are great and polite. highly recommended! will high likely stay here again on our next family trip!

Nice scenic location on bike/walking trail Plug for car nice touch Had kitchenette suite No toaster bring your own if with family Microwave and fridge for use though Lovely venue restaurant and staff

The staff is friendly. The room was dirty, dog hair all over the floor and the bathroom smelled of pee bad. We covered the carpet with all the bedding from the extra bed. A nice little park for kids nearby. Water views were surprisingly better than i expected. Anyways, it got the job done for the one night. :)

Good sized suite, great view of the bay. Private (card) entry to floor. Restaurant food also great, with outdoor space to enjoy the sunset. Walking path next to hotel with access to the water and playground nearby for the kids. Would stay again.

We had a family reunion banquet. 20 people, 4 generations, stayed there 2 nights. The staff were super helpful and accommodating, providing us with a range of things needed for infants and the elderly in our group. The dinner was beautiful, dinner service was excellent, and all was done with care and thoughtfulness. The hotel staff also communicated extremely well with us in the weeks leading up to the event and took all the worry out of the planning. We highly recommend.

We had a GREAT experience at this hotel. The rooms were clean and inviting, the views were great. Only 2 small Jacuzzi tubs- not great for older kids but perfect for my 2 yr old twins! Expedia had not sent the reservation to the hotel, they had kept rooms aside cause apparently this happens a lot with Expedia. Owen Sound was completely sold out- so had they not held rooms aside we would have been out of luck! So happy to have chosen this hotel!
