Best Western Plus Cambridge Hotel

Room was old and not the best state. Found garbage in the room plus several stains of unknown origin. A kid threw up in the pool (I was there) and they didn’t immediately close it. Not sure someone even cared. My room was under someone else’s name. They didn’t clean the room. Incredibly noisy. For the outrageous amount of 500 for 2 nights in a suburb

I had a family emergency and had to cancel my reservation and Juana the manager had no care to my fiance being sick. He still charged me for the stay, even though I didn’t check in. He is a cold hearted snake. I will never stay at this place and will tell everyone that they only care about money and not their customers. Juanna needs to get the hell out of hotel management.

Great for kids

It was good!! Ive stayed here since I was younger with my family, so the fact I got to bring my own little family here was just great! The bathroom fan was annoying when it was off. Kept making a weird thumping noise. Other than that, breakfast was great, pool was great, and the hotel was easy to get to.

Average hotel; this trip was full of a hockey families with kids running around unsupervised until after midnight. Super loud, staff didn’t seem to care.

Stayed for 5 nights here with my two kids. Staff were great. Hotel was very clean. Pool area was very clean as well. Breakfast included was scrambled eggs and/or sausage and bacon pending on the day. Lots of bread options. Cereal, fruit, drinks etc No complaints. Lots of shopping and dining close by.

Great stay for family wedding. Check in was friendly and efficient. Curtis was great to deal with. Room was clean and spacious. Close to restaurants and shopping. Convenient parking. Kids loved the pool.

There were 2 families in our party. We hoped to enjoy the pool and hot tub during our stay. However, the pool was ice cold, and the hot tub was cool as well. There was a ring of dirty foam, surrounding the hot tub. Needless to say, we spent less than 15 minutes in there. Our intention was to let all the kids have fun in the pool, while the adults relaxed in the hot tub. None of that happened. The hotel was located in a great area, close to the highway and near many stores and restaurants, which was convenient. My husband used the washroom in the middle of the night and the toilet overflowed. We called the front desk to see if they could bring up a plunger and a mop. 40 minutes later, we were still waiting. Called the desk again, the young girl who answered said, "oh yeah, we don't have a plunger, but we do have a mop". But had no intentions of letting us know?!?! Apparently, only the housekeeping staff have access to the plungers and we had to wait until staff arrived for the day. Wow. So, what did they expect us to do with an overflowing toilet that we can't plunge (the water was seeping into the carpet I the hallway), and we also have 2 small children, where wereally they supposed to go to the washroom?! The girl had no answer for me, except to say she could no nothing until housekeeping staff arrived for the day, and she apologized for the inconvenience. My husband ended up fixing the toilet on his own and we never did hear from house keeping either.

This is all you get! I came home to Canada to visit with my family. This hotel was a little out of the way for me but I neglected to reserve a room elsewhere in time, forgetting about the double holiday. This hotel is great, people were friendly (but then we Canadians are) and the accommodations were fine.

The hotel staff were friendly and excellent. The front desk staff rearranged our rooms so our family occupying five rooms could be next to each other. The breakfast was very good and the eating area large and bright. The kids enjoyed the pool. There were numerous restaurants and shopping nearby. The manager was in the lobby numerous times interacting with guests and was very friendly. I would highly recommend this hotel.
