The 1 bedroom suite layout was very practical and clean. The two entertainment stations was ideal for the kids and ourself.Overall positive experience with the family.

I wish cribs were available for families with infants. I didn't like that I had to get up numerous times to open the door because kids were running up and down the hallway and banging on my door. Aside from that the hotel was clean and the staff were friendly.

While quiet time was set for 9PM, there were hoards of kids running up and down the hallways being obnoxious and carrying on. This was well after 1030PM as their parents gathered in the lobby (presumably a hockey or basketball team). Tried contacting the front desk three times with no answer… my husband finally went down and asked them to do something about the noise. He was told they would send security up. Did not get any quieter and it was next to impossible to get into a deep sleep.

Rooms were set up with a small kitchen - fridge, stove, microwave, sink. Our family had two rooms; noted that the supplies were inconsistent. (ie, one room had no frying pan, no salad bowl or spinner; only three forks (in a room with 2 queens). Since we had supplies, we enjoyed being able to make dinner and with combined kitchen plates/silver, have dinner for 4. Otherwise, no restaurants nearby, although I was told some deliver.

Great service, very nice room!!! The pool was clean smaller but great for just my 2 kids, staff were extremely kind and helful. The included breakfast was great! Make your own waffles and anything else !!!

Perfect room for a family getaway with separate bedroom to put the kiddos down in. Pool was fun for kiddos too. Kitchens made it easy for us to make pizza muffins for fun instead of having to dine out with a handful of young ones.

Great stay! Love the suite set up with the separate bedroom/living room, definitely the kid of room I’ll look for in the future. Breakfast was basic but no complaints.
