Good place to stay for families. Pool and waterslide were in good, clean condition. Ask for pool towels at the front desk though. Rooms spacious and comfortable and clean.

Great Hotel with excellent facilities, and convenient layout. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable! Waterslide was a hit with the kids! Breakfast had great selection, with your typical buffet options. All the facilities felt spacious and comfortable!

Awesome hotel, great big spacious rooms. Fun waterslide for kids, fantastic breakfast, convienient complementary 24/7 coffee bar in lobby. Fab!

We expected to swim in the pool with kids and was disappointed. We came to visit Sydney only to relax and could not swim in the pool. We could reschedule the trip if we knew it through the hotel management

The gentlemen at the front desk was rude when we were checking in. Also I feel the pool should be monitored because there were many kids on the water slide that were jumping and making chains and purposely getting stuck in it which was holding up the line up for the other kids!

Staff was very accommodating, the room was very clean, and they had an actual crib for my baby. The pool was out of service at the time, we didn't book it for the pool, but i could see how it would be upsetting if someone did. There was no notice prior to our arrival about the pool.

First time staying at the Hampton Inn in Sydney and have been singing your praises to all my friends and family. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasant. Front desk staff, particularly Mark and Amesh were wonderful, giving us directions and keeping us informed. Breakfast was excellent and facilities wonderful. Thank you :)
