Was a bit concerned at first because they had over booked and when I checked in with 3 kids there wasn’t a room available for us but the gentleman who checked us in worked his magic and was able to find us a king size bed for the same prize and we all fit in the bed perfectly The staff was amazing and the room very clean and comfortable The heated pool was a bonus also Will definitely be back

When we checked in there were police cars with the police patrolling around the outside and inside of the hotel. People were a little way from the entrance smoking weed. No matter what time of day or night ppl were getting high which I personally don’t care but we had to walk our four grandchildren past them as they tried to engage with the children. There were 8 or 9 ppl sitting in the hallway on our floor playing on their phones and drinking. The shower and fridge were filthy. Despite having an email stating that if we paid with a visa debit we would be charged a “ breakage fee” of 50$ a night they charged us 250$ a night. They couldn’t care less what my confirmation email guaranteed me. Our room was so small I tried to upgrade by paying the difference to a larger room but became I booked through hotels. Com they wouldn’t even look at it. And Hotels.com did nothing to help although larger rooms were available and again I wanted to pay the difference in price. The hotel provided us with three additional chairs that’s the only good thing I can say. Despite the fact we chose to stay in a Hilton even though we booked through a third party we don’t get our Hilton Honors points or credit for our stays. We had gift certificates for hotels.com which is the only reason we even booked through them so you’re penalized for using them. This hotel is a dump and definitely not worth 200$ a night during the off season. I have tons more to say but not enough room.

There was dirty dishes and garbage in our room. Pool was filthy and cold. A person died and was removed from the hotel in a body bag in front of my kids

We stayed with a baby. We called weeks ahead to request a crib. The crib was not ready when we arrived. There was constant smoke smell coming through the vents.

I was not aware the hotel was housing displaced people. It had sketchy people loitering in the lobby and outside day and night. We smelled pot a few times. I would not recommend for a family or single woman.

Our room was nice and clean by we were overall very disappointed with the property. After checking in we discovered that the bottom floors were subsidized by the government for the homeless. I think it is great that people in need are being helped and have a warm and safe place to go. What I have a problem with is that the hotel does not disclose this and they are still charging premium rates to the guests. We paid over $350 for a hotel that I did not feel safe in and I would definitely not let my older kids go anywhere on their own. We would not stay here again and will likely rethink staying at any doubletree Hilton in the future.

Just did a few nights with the family. Hotel staff was friendly and helpful, location was where we wanted to be. However, we were not informed that the hotel houses homeless, drug addicted and/or individuals with serious mental health issues in the premises. The first day, I thought it was a few people who had wandered on to the property. As the days passed, more and more individuals were hanging out in the parking lot, sleeping or passed out on the lawn, and inside the hotel. I traveled with my family, including 2 young children, and I had to watch them like a hawk for something as simple as getting ice from the machine. It would have been nice to have some notice that the hotel is being used to house such people before spending my money and reserving. Not impressed, we tried to spend as much time as possible away from the hotel. Will not be using any hotels related to this brand again

My family has stayed at this hotel for the past few years but this time it was very uneasy with the people doing drugs outside the main doors, with people that amde us feel very uneasy around the main lobby.
