I was not pleased with the pool or hot tub both were dirty and the pool had way to much chlorine it was burning my eyes as well as my families eyes and our room was across from the pool and we could smell the chlorine in our room. But the staff was friendly helpful and very nice. The hotel itself was very clean and is located in a great location for food and convenience and shopping I would recommend for those reasons

Two restaurants on site was nice. Pool is on the small side, but clean. Two of our seven days housekeeping didn’t come into room which was disappointing given the length of our stay. Otherwise a reasonable family hotel with quick access to the Trans-Canada Highway.

Took my 4 grandchildren there for 2 nights, they had a ball!! There's not much of a view but it's close to everything you need, lots of shopping within walking distance. The room was beautiful & very comfortable. The staff was very welcoming & friendly. The pool was very small but the hottub was a fair size...would definitely stay there again 😊

The king suite was perfect for our family getaway. 2 adults and a toddler. Convenient with restaurants on site. Enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. Highly recommend.

Great stay however we came here as a family to use the pool and gym services here and both were closed this morning for up to 3 days. Feels like a waste of money now

There was a semen stain on the curtains..front desk was very unsympathetic to it. We didn't notice it until after we had put out child to sleep..should have never happened in the first place if the room was properly cleaned. Toilet barely worked. Called front desk and they said it was a known issue and told me how to make it work...I didn't pay 187$ for a half functioning bathroom and a disgusting room. Standards have definitely went down at this hotel. Had room service from Denny's that wasn't edible. Everything burned up and hard to chew. Will not be back.

Normally this is our favourite hotel. However this time no VIP benefits were offered and the pool was closed for the weekend and we weren’t notified. The kids were very disappointed. It felt like an average hotel stay.

Convenient location with attached restaurants. Very noisy with unattended children running in hallways until 2 a.m. some nights on several floors.

Booked the weekend to stay with my child. I still can’t find the post that mentions swimming pool closed until January?. This was the main reason why I booked this hotel. Our bathroom could have been a lot cleaner than it was!!
