I had a reservation for a week and was put in the worse room. It was by an exit door so I heard everyone coming and going all hours of the night. Then I had a baby crying across the hall for the last 2 night.

I’ve always found the staff to be the very best and only to willing to help with whatever. This pass week a 2 day snow storm hit the are of St John’s,myself and another family member stayed at the hotel because of Dr appts and having surgery.Getting from the parking lot was simple impossible due to the property not being plowed.For 2 days we had to take cabs to Dr Appt and had to go to the main road because no one could in out from the main entrance to the hotel… totally unacceptable. Lots of traffic moving except form this hotel.I’ve stayed at this hotel so much but this week has made me think twice from here on in…

My recent stay at the Ramada was enjoyable,as per usual.The staff was very friendly,welcoming and helpful.The room itself was clean and very well organized.I had no trouble whatsoever finding everything that i needed.Overall this was a very good experience,and i would heartily recommend this hotel to all my friends and family. Thank You.

First time staying at this hotel. We are a family of four and the room was very spacious and had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. We will be returning for sure.
