We were there related to a family hospital stay and the front desk staff could not have been kinder or more accomodating despite our uncertaintly around the length of our stay, etc.

We were upgraded to a junior suite - it was extremely comfortable and met our needs perfectly. Lots of windows that opened allowed us to have fresh air in our room. We went for walks in the park adjacent to the hotel, and it was wonderful. The dining room staff were very helpful in getting us in and out for breakfast in only 20 minutes despite the fact that they had a tour bus breakfasting at the same time. It was our favorite hotel in Newfoundland.
