its a party place ,balls flying around kids running the halls all nite,there is no control there people party all night long no growups watching them it was like a zoo

There were kids in the hallway by our door talking and laughing until12:30 at night and woke up to a cleaning lady singing at 9am very loudly, was not impressed

Adequate for a one night stop, but since it was cramped compared to other recent stays, I wouldn’t want to make it a base for a family for a longer stay. Room up to date and all, but lack of elevator was an annoyance when attempting to mule the entire family’s luggage to a second floor room. No coffee in room, or in lobby… but told I could get some for the room. But why wasn’t it in the room with the coffee maker in the first place? Jungle Jim’s was a nice option for a meal, and seemed to be busy when we arrived, but didn’t check it out.

The hotel is right off the TransCanada so easy on and easy off. The guy at the check in was about as friendly as a tooth ache. There were at least 20 children running in the halls actually playing hockey. They were around 10 to 12 or so years old. Not one parent was seen watching over them in the hall. When I called the front desk to ask them to settle these children back into their rooms no action was taken by the staff. The children and I got into a good conversation with a positive outcome. There was only one child who might wind up in prison. The others were just being children. Shame on their parents for thinking that their children can run like wild turkeys in the halls of a hotel. Respecting those around you has become a thing of the past including from the staff at this hotel.

My recent stay at Comfort Inn Corner Brook was fine. The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, though outdated. Theyre no longer offering daily room cleaning services, which was fine for a couple days and for one person, but would certainly be problematic for a longer stay or if travelling with kids. The bed was comfortable and the amenities in the room (tv, fridge, coffee maker) all worked well.
