Royal Inn & Suites

Amazing place to stay. Very clean & comfortable. Great staff. spacious rooms. Comfortable beds. We stayed here as a family & loved it. every detail has been thought of. We’ll return!

I was very upset and disappointed! We booked our room early December for a 2 bedroom with 5 guests my confirmation even shows 2 bedrooms. When we arrived and checked in we only had a 1 bedroom. This was for my daughters birthday sleepover. She now had to cancel and not have a sleepover. For her right now this is the worst night of her life. They basically told us they gave our room that we had booked away to someone else for no reason. Now my child does not get her party because they gave our room away for no reason. Will never have anything to do with this company again they should be ashamed as this is not the first time it’s happened according to reception.

I'll say this, God help you if you end up on the bottom floor and there is a kid running around above you. The building must be pretty old as there is no noise barrier from too to bottom. If they know there is a kid in the family, put them on the bottom floor.

I was very happy with the stay there. The room was very welcoming and I really loved all the local touch from the photos to the decor. I think its definitely going to be very well received by everyone that stays there. I will definitely be recommending it to friends and family.
