Quality Inn

Check in service was slow & hostess was not very friendly. She didn't like it when I reminded her we had a small 6 pound dog with us and she had to change our room. Fridge was not working properly, freezer section had a broken door & temp control knob. Overall room itself was clean and comfortable. Pool is small and was overrun with kids so we only used it for a half hour. Did not get our continental breakfast to go as they apparently don't serve anything before 6:00 so disappointed. My husband tried to get a coffee but said it tasted like it was from yesterday. Some room for improvement.

Greeting staff was not friendly the only person in then two days we stayed that had a great smile and personality was Lucie. She was awesome the other four looked like they hated their job and did not want to interact with you at all. Cleaning staff on the floors were awesome very kind and helpful. Poop deck wasn’t cleaned daily my kids spent a lot of time there and the same bandaids and hair ties were there since we arrived. Hotel is close to magnetic hill parks and activities as well as grocery.

Was adequate for what we needed. Slow single elevator, noisy (kids).

Beds were very comfy....small pool but kids loved it :)

It was easy to find and great parking but we had a power loss in witch it was on and off all morning along with the street light outside the window , no generator backup , and no emergency lighting in the rest of hotel, there was lots of kids running and making noise all evening in the hall ways

We had a great stay for the first 3 nights, then a girls sports team arrived on our floor and stayed three nights . They were very loud, running up and down the hallways, they ate their dinner’s sitting on the floor in the hallways blocking passage ways for us to walk through with ther feet and legs extended. Parents didn’t seem to care or at least the girls didn’t seem to want to listen when they were asked to give some walking space to us as our room was further down the hall. Bfast time was a nightmare, the kids took large amounts of food and would butt in line to get more juice etc. I will next time ask if a kid sports team is staying during my stay and if they are, I will go to a different hotel. This ruined our stay.

The room was very small for 4 people. The bathroom had mold and urine stains all over floor. The hot tub was not open and the pool had dirt and mold all around sides. We would not let kids go in. No one would help to improve acommidations. Would never recommend.

I was very pleased with my stay and I will definitely recommend it to all my family and friends.

The location of the hotel was good, but overall we were disappointed in our choice of hotel. When I pick hotels, i choose based on location and value. When possible, I pick hotels with available room service and having a pool and hot tub. In this case….it had all of those…on paper. In reality, after a long drive to get there, we wanted to order in and spend the evening at the pool (for child), hot tub for adults or any combination thereof. There was no chef, so no room service and the hot tub was out of service. As well, the internet was horrible….using our own devices, we could not maintain a connection for a child to watch a half hour show in the evening. The staff were welcoming and friendly, but I was surprised that garbage was not collected from the rooms daily. Overall….it was not as advertised.

wasn’t informed breakfast ended at 9 am, ended up having to feed my family of 4 and ihop at price of 90$…
