It wasn’t bad but it was wasn’t as good as I expected it to be. The fire alarm going off at 4:30 am and having to go outside wasn’t awesome but I wasn’t a false alarm a guest had set it off in there room and then today before I checked out and decided to make my self a coffee in the room, the little milk cups in the fridge had gone bad. The hotel was okay. The pool was large and in great shape. The room was clean. The staff were nice. The parking lot in front of the hotel is small but there’s lots of spaces a short walk away in front of convention and casino parking. It’s close to a lot of “fast food” I won’t stay there again because I have kids with me and I wasn’t allowed to take them to the restaurants onsite because they were in the casino. I was offered to have take out in our room, I was told I would have to walk to the casino through the pedway and take back food to my room because they didn’t offer room service either… the room it’s self was good not amazing. I think time I’ll choose a more family friendly place, but that’s my fault not the hotels….

I really enjoyed my stay here, the room was beautiful, I brought my children and we felt welcomed and accepted. I do not like that we can’t get room service or take our kids to the restaurant as it’s on the same floor as the casino also our balcony could have been cleaned and the mini fridge needs an update as my food kept falling out when I open The door cause the bottom shelf was broke but everything else was top tier! We will be back for our annual summer vacation next year ❤️

It was a bad experience from the moment we entered this hotel. Checking in was difficult as I had no driver’s licence, I didn’t mind that much since I was able to provide another government issued ID but then the guy at the front desk started to make it a big deal and said I would “probably” not be able to go at the casino without a driver’s licence. I have been a member of the casino for a few years, I go there regularly and I never had any problems going in. I told him It is not required to own a driver’s licence to enter a casino but he was dismissing everything I was saying and I felt very embarrassed in front of other guests that were waiting in line. He then advised that my 17 yrs old daughter & her 18 yrs old boyfriend could not go to the pool by themselves and that we would have to stay there to watch them. Although this may be hotel policy, it’s something to consider. The pool isn’t on the same floor as the casino & there is also 4 guards at the casino entrance so I highly doubt a teenager/child could enter unnoticed. We are 4 guests and were provided with only 2 towels, it took forever to get extra towels after calling front desk. I gathered my casino membership and all the ID I could possibly need and headed downstairs, I wasn’t even asked to show any ID and was invited in right away. Breakfast is not included. If you have kids this is not really a hotel to stay at there are multiple hotels near the casino that are way better, cheaper and welcoming.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean and nice and big with a huge bathroom. We loved the pool/hot tub but wished the pool temperature was a few degrees warmer since my toddler couldn’t be in the hot tub. Check out was efficient. However check in was a bit of a wait. With only 2 staff to check guests in, it took about 20mins before we were checked in

Really enjoyed my room. Was wanting to show it off to family members who stopped by. Very impressive. Huge comfortable bed, high ceilings, large shower. Will stay here again! Staff I dealt with were all kind and knowledgeable.

My family and I stayed in a suite overnight at the Hotel Casino NB. We also attended a show and afterwards headed to casino for a bite to eat and a bit of gambling. The suite was beautiful, modern and very clean. The staff at the hotel and casino were very friendly. I highly recommend staying.

We had 5 rooms booked with family and we all had a great experience here. Staff was very friendly, the room was very spacious, the pool and hot tub was a plus for the kids. Only thing about this hotel is there’s no restaurant for kids but we knew that going and we just did take out. Will stay again 😊

Highly recommend and stayed many times. The marquis suite was amazing. Double size room, top floor, balcony, 2x bathrooms, living room, small dinette counter. Very clean, comfy, quiet. Walking distance to Magnetic Hill activities, and the casino itself obviously. Very much recommended for family or couples.

Great place to stay was not happy that I had to pay a extra 30 bucks for my dog when people don't pay me extra for kids and kids are more likely to do more damage then my dog other then that it's a great place to stay your close to every thing clean and staff is helpful
