The staff were amazing from the minute we walked in the door. The sweet receptionist let my 4 year old “help” make the key cards, which was adorable. Staff at the restaurant were quick and attentive. The room was very clean! Great shower. Very comfy king size. The pull out couch was great for the kids. And they spent hours in the indoor pool. We had a great stay!

We enjoyed our stay at the Delta Hotel. Front desk workers were very nice and check in was quick. Convenient underground garage for parking but does charge $21/night. Restaurant attached to hotel (Elephant Castle) was very good and priced fairly. The pool was very large which we love but do not like that children are not allowed after 9PM even with parents. Most importantly it felt safe and secure.

Clean rooms, great pool. Only negative was late check out was needed to attend childrens medical appointment and front desk refused to be accommodating even though they were not fully booked for the night.

Perfect hotel for our family holiday! Pool areas were wonderful! The Club Lounge went above and beyond with food options. Would definitely stay again.

We were in town for a Wild vs Jets game and stayed in the Family Suite. The rooms were very clean and the size was so-so, but worked well enough for our family of 4. We ate at the on-site restaurant both nights - food was very good and the staff was beyond friendly - and that would be the same for the hotel staff. Parking on-site was a breeze. If we were ever to go to Winnipeg again, I would definitely look here as my first choice downtown.

Every is close by. Good a room upgrade next to the pool that is great for the kids.
