The Castle at Swan Lake

Lovely pool, so family friendly, love tha spacious rooms.

This spot is a hidden gem! I love that you can use the bbqs while watching your kids play in the pool. It was so quiet despite being close to the highway. I will be back!

We had an amazing stay and would love to come back! My reason for only giving 4 stars is because everything is closed from 10pm-7am for quiet hours. I appreciate the idea of quiet hours, but it would have been nice to sit and have a quiet cup of coffee next to the pool each morning before my kids woke up. Other than that, it was a great stay, and we had an amazing time.

I love coming because of the hot tub and the pool, this time we got the 2 level room and that worked out great, kids had their own space and we had our own yet able to have meals together, everything was perfect, just the sink in the bathroom is too high for me to have a comfortable elbow level, like how they have a shoe tray ready for any wet footwear, love how close the waterslides are, there should be a reduced price for patrons though, kitchen is fully equipped, would love if the tv has Netflix but it wasn’t a huge problem, love how the coffee table can become a raised dinner table, view from the patio was the pool, beautiful, beds were comfy and the service and staff were great, thank you for everything

All rooms are suites, family friendly at reasonable prices.. easy access to hot tub and pool. Beautiful area, and view, Lovely spacious set up with balcony.. and easy to order skip the dishes/door dash to.

Love this place! Little noisy from the suite above, just kiddos having fun. Was our 3rd time staying and it won’t be our last.

The hotel was very comfortable and clean. We had a great time using the hot tub, dining in the five start restaurant and spending an amazing time with friends and family.

Our stay was great, there were a couple of minor things missed with the cleaning but I am very picky with that so I didn’t complain as it wasn’t actually that big of a deal. The room was beautiful and fully stocked. The check in and out went very well. The grounds could use a bit of maintenance however it was off season so not too bad considering. Our family really enjoyed the stay and would definitely recommend!

Our family of three spent 2 nights here at the castle at swan lake hotel between dec 25 to dec 27 and we will never come back again. Parking - no underground parking. Room - no elevator to second floor. we booked the king executive suite, however the room was on the second floor while the elevator only takes you to the first floor. you have to go up a long ramp to get to your room. considering you have to carry your luggage, that was a very unpleasant experience. Service - no room service at all. i was shocked to see the room not cleaned when we got back on the second night. if this was a airbnb, that's nothing to blame. but as a hotel, i assume the room needs to be cleaned on a daily basis. Noise - very very close to the hwy and very noisy. also, you will be waken up when your neighbors flush their toilet. Overall, very disappointed.
