Prestige Vernon Hotel

This is a great place for family, we enjoyed the spacious loft, great staff and cleanliness of the hotel. I would recommend staying at this hotel in Vernon BC, it’s within walking distance to all amenities. I would definitely stay there again.

Nice quiet spot to spend the night. Spacious room with comfortable beds plus a pool for the kids.

Loft room with 3 beds was a great option. Pull out mattress was not as comfotable as hoped, but ok for smaller children.

Everything was nice and clean. The kids enjoyed the pool. Staff were very polite.

This hotel has a very good potential to be a good place to stay. it has a beautiful view , great location, marina and a beach. Unfortunately due to the terrible management and service it isn’t worth your money to stay there. My family and I have been going here for the past 10 years and year after year it just got worse and worse. For starters, they have a coffee machine which has been sitting there out of order for many years. The rooms never get cleaned no matter how much you request they completely disregard you and it is very disrespectful. We pay the full price to receive room service and we don’t receive it and they ignore the customers which the utmost disrespect. The conditions of the rooms are struggling and must be renovated. My family and I had breakfast at the hotel one time and it was absolutely not worth the price either. Overall this hotel is not worth the money or time to stay at and treat guests with such disregard and disrespect.

The room was great. We took the room with the balcony and the separate area is great for kids privacy. The little kitchenette was very useful. The pool area wasn’t great and the surrounding area wasn’t great either.

The beds were super comfy! Lots of things close near by! My only complaint is the toilets were a bit too low to the ground! I felt like it was for a little kid!
