The stairs inside our One bedroom suite was not convenient nor safe, especially for older people and kids. Step down 2 steps from kitchen/ dining area to living room, bathrooms are 2 steps up from bedroom. furniture a little dated.

We really enjoyed our family's stay at the Mountainside Lodge. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the rooms provide great amenities for families. The value for the Whistler village location is tough to beat.

I booked the loft room for my family's 3-day skiing trip. The room was very clean, the staff was friendly and patient, and she told me how to use the combination lock to store my skis twice.They provided detailed instructions about how to find the beddings for the foldable couch.They also provided the ear plugs just in case of the noise during bedtime. But we were just too tired to be waken up after skiing a whole day. Despite the dated bathrooms, my family all agreed it's a pleasant stay and we will definitely consider to come back next time. (We had a terrible experience last year when we lived in another lodge in the Whistler village.)If there is a washing machine and a dryer in the room, it will be perfect.

Fantastic location in heart of village. We loved the loft room and trundle bed option so everyone could have their own bed. Full kitchen for easy breakfast. Highly recommend this for families with older kids and teenagers (not the best for toddlers with steep stairs to second floor). We will go back for sure.

Great location. It is in the center of the village and minutes walk to store and gondola. Front desk service is nice and prompt. The loft has a dry sauna inside. The kitchen is well stocked with necessary stuffs including washing sponge and detergent. The two floor setting is comfortable and cozy for a family of 4.

My 12 year old twin boys and I stayed in a 1 bedroom deluxe suite. There was room for all of us to sleep comfortably. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the supplies I needed. The pool was lovely and we spent many hours there. There was always clean towels available for the pool and they even had beach balls for the kids. We will be back 😊
