The property was in very good condition. No problems there. The problems were with the small pool area and having 1 out if 2 hot tubs down with a youth hockey team and families staying there. I've been a prt of that before and do not blame the team and families. I blame the hotel for not setting aside some quiet time for adults to enjoy the amenities as well. Maybe extend the pool hours and have some adult time.

Lots of noisy children at the pool and in the hallways, no promotion of quiet areas but the staff were reasonably pleasant. Best thing i have to say is the tamari spa is excellent

The room is excellent for a family. Location is right in the center of everything. Gondola is 3 minutes walk. Walkable to all restaurants and convenient store. Feel very safe to walk around at night. Staff is very friendly and helpful. We will come back.

You really can't beat the convenience factor. We spoiled ourselves and stayed here for a weekend in the spring when the prices were more affordable and had the full ski and ski out experience. My kids love the about 90° heated pool. My mom got a spa treatment and the rest of the family walked 100 feet to the gondola and enjoyed a good few days of skiing. We were so spoiled with ski Valet too. Note that you do have a resort fee that is charged at the hotel but it's worth it. It comes with the breakfast and ski valet and access to the pool other amenities you do have to pay parking which is about $40 a day.

This location is situated in the heart of Whistler, offering convenient access to everything. One of the highlights of this hotel, especially during winter, is its proximity to the mountain and the on-site tent located directly below. After skiing or snowboarding, they conveniently collect your gear at the tent, eliminating the need for your family to carry it back and forth to the room, which was a blessing for us.

Wonderful family getaway before Christmas. We stayed here last year as well. Great location by the gondolas and super lift annd Village stroll. All the amenities we needed. Staff was wonderful.

Really liked how close this hotel was to the village stroll.Large room and very comfortable however for a large family room more kitchen equipment would be a good asset. Many families like to cook as it is expensive eating out.

For a room have 2 bed room with sofa bed i do mention we have 4 people but breakfast only allow 2 peolle and my kid need to pay 35 dollars each I do enjoy no breakfast for all members but not selected Other than that is a place in village
