This was our first time to Whistler and we really enjoyed the Crystal Palace. It was nicely situated walking minutes away from the Whistler Gondola. We loved our Junior Suite. It was very spacious, had a washer and dryer facility just down the hallway from our floor. Kitchenette was well equipped and bed was very comfortable! Thx for making our Whistler experience a great memory for my family!

We had a great night, the staff are especially friendly. The only negative review would be that the pool could use some more seating and the pool is also very shallow, good for little kids though. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is really great quality. The furniture in the room is solid and comfortable. We enjoyed the couch and small tables so much during our stay. The bed was comfortable too. The shower was well stocked with great products! In fact, we ended up loving the Beekman products so much that we bought some to go home with. We loved having the Spaghetti factory just below us as the prices and food quality were exceptional. The bike valet service was super fast and convenient every time we wanted to get our bikes. The only thing we didn't like was the pool/hot tub. It was super small and not useful. We wanted a pool with space and a hot tub we could use without children everywhere. Otherwise, The Crystal is a really lovely property.

Great location. Many restaurants choices shopping and children's playground all walking distance. Wish the jets were working on the hot tub and the location of the sauna is very inconvenient as its located on a different floor than the hot tub and pool. Also there was a very bad smell in the bathroom of our room. Upon arrival the bathroom near the front desk was very dirty and ice cold water to wash your hands in all of the lobby and main floor bathrooms.

The room was way too small for a family of four and the beds were uncomfortable. Not good value for money. Probably wouldn’t stay here again.

Everything was clean and in good condition. The room was as expected with lots of space and comfortable beds. Only downside was, as it was a loft the temperature below was significantly different than up top. The kids were a little chilly below while my wife and I were definitely warm up top.

We enjoyed our stay. Great location and clean rooms. We booked a room with a king bed and queen sofa bed and the room was very spacious and comfortable. Rooms with 2 doubles are very tight (had other family stay in that room during our stay). Staff was friendly and helpful. If you get there before 4 you'll be able to find parking. We took our car out to go to vallea illumina and there were no spots when we returned and had to park at the convention centre. The hot tub was out of order during our stay.

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay at the Crystal Lodge. The hotel and room are immaculate. Cleanliness is super important to us and we felt very comfortable at Crystal Lodge. Thank you!!
