There were other guests (teenagers) that were really loud and running up and diwn the hallways u til 3:00 a.m. for two nights in a row. When i complained tot he feont desk, they basically said yeah sorry we have to deal witht hem for other things too, rhen said we wont put you beside children on your next stay. I dont mind chikdren at all, but anybody being loud like that until 3 a.m. is a bit excessive. And i booked a tooom with a queen bed, and it was smaller than that. Fwlt like a double bed. Not impressed.

Having a kitchenette and washer/ dryer was very helpful for a family vacation, as was the good restaurant on site. Two things it would have been nice to have: if the tv provided service channels to watch, rather than having to cast from our own device; providing an electric car charging station (even if we have to pay to charge).

Beautiful views, room had everything we needed. The pool and hot tub were nice and relaxing (no kids 8pm-11pm). Not far from stores and food.

Everything was fine the hotel just needs to update the cooking utensils for families it’s a very simple thing that would be such a tremendous service that would make people life so much easier!

Our family of six plus our daughter’s friend stayed here for three nights while exploring Squamish and spending a day skiing in Whistler. The front desk were friendly and accommodating, the room was very clean, well appointed, and spacious, and the location very convenient. Although the “heated” pool was still pretty cold, it was covered, and we enjoyed sitting in the hot tub. The only issue we had was that the suite was extremely warm, and we couldn’t seem to control the temperature settings on the heating units, resulting in a need to leave doors/windows open at times.

Rooms were very spacious and the kitchens were a nice addition. We had a huge deck with a beautiful view. We only stayed one night but it would be a fine option for multi night stays We didn’t use pool but the kids in the pool looked to be having fun. The photos show the hotel on a river but it’s more of a swamp. We did see a beautiful large bald Eagle fly right by us while we sat outside at the restaurant.
