Walnut Beach Resort

Wonderful, beautiful and both family friendly or a nice get away like it was for us. Kitchen in our room but grills available by the pool So you can bbq meals there. Great vibe to the entire stay. We would love to come back!!

We had everything we needed for our vacation with 3 kids under 10. The only thing I would change is there wasn’t coffee available in the lobby, the restaurant isn’t open until 8am and I had to brew using the in room machine which was malfunctioning. Next time I’ll bring my French press. Also the gym and pool opens at 8am, and I would have preferred to get up to use the gym first thing.

Super fun for kids

This is an excellent property for families with young children. The pool and beach is very convenient and clean but very packed with small kids. The restaurant was not exceptional.

Wonderful family oriented resort. Staff is excellent. Only thing we noticed is no ramp or lift to the beach for walkers, wheelchairs or a person with disabilities . We will definitely be back

The free EV charging was a perk. Beach is noce and private. Housekeeping took along time to bring basics and that's after multiple reminders(blankets, soap, etc.) The pool rules were ridiculous. No using any type of inflatables or water balls of any kind permitted. Fun police would regularly visit to ensure you did nothing more than swim or stand in pool. We'll book another place next time that is more child inclusive.

Amazing place to chill out and enjoy with your family .

Loved the resort. Although it wasn't surrounded by restaurants and such, it was only a short drive to anything that we needed. We were here during the weekday and it was fairly quiet. The heated pool was very nice. The sand on the beach isn't the best (a little rocky and sticks) but decent. Our toddler didn't complain about it. Service was great and the poolside service was appreciated although a little slow even though it wasn't busy. The bed was comfortable, even the pullout couch was comfortable to our surprise. We couldn't hear hallway noise but that might be because there weren't that many guests. We left on Friday morning and there were definitely more children and guests by then. Would definitely come back on weekdays for a quiet calm stay.
