Spirit Ridge, in The Unbound Collection by Hyatt

We have been staying anually at Spirit Ridge for the last 5 years, my husband and I, however this was the first time we brought our 2.5 year old daughter. Our stay was still nothing less than excellent and everyone was very accomodating. We usually only use the adult pool, but seeing as we had our little with us, we did use the main pool a couple of times. Lots of other families with children there, but the only downside was that there were a lot of people putting towels on chairs to reserve them and there was no one coming back there for hours. This issue could be easily addressed and avoided if there were extra staff around the pool area. Loved the golf cart transportation to Footprints Bar & Grill on the beach. The food there was good and so were the drinks. We will come back again in October, just hubby and I- looking forward to another beautiful stay!

Loved the resort fantastic amenities. The only complaint I have is the noise from the floor above us. We were in the building next to the lobby one the first floor. The room above us had a small child and the child was up at 5:30am running jumping and banging on the floor. I finally got fed up at 7am and called the front desk and there was nothing they could do since quiet hours were over. If I were to stay here again, I’m gonna make sure to note that I need a quiet room on the top floor.

Great location for family vacation with good choices for meals and wine tasting near by. Suites fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils.

We love this hotel, we try to go every year for our anniversary. Has the feeling your far away, but really just an hour drive from home. It’s unfortunate that they have allowed hockey teams to stay there. The hotel is over run with kids everywhere, up until all hours of the night. We love this hotel, the staff are great and it’s super clean. Unfortunately this time around it was not relaxing and we had to call the front desk many times to deal with the kids. Some even tried to come in our suite while we were relaxing at 8 am on the morning! We traveled with our own kids, and the staff even complimented my kids on how well behaved they were. I would definitely go again but would make sure ahead of time there were no hockey teams staying there.

Staying in a room with a view of the lake was worth the upgrade. The family pool was a highlight for the kids and was open from 7am - 10pm while we were there. We rented a cabana for $75 for an afternoon which offered a great reprieve from the sun. The beds in the room were very comfortable.

Great location for family with kids and also for non-kids families. They have 2 separate pools - kids and adults. Lots of walking space around and close to town, so convenient. Great views of Osoyoos as Hotel is a little atop. Would recommend. Housekeeping did not show up at all despite Asking for two consecutive days, and it’d been helpful as we had kids. Despite that minor issue overall a great place to stay.

Perfect for families like us! We had a great weekend! We hope to be back every summer!

The parkade is not configured well. Lots of exposed pipes and beams that make parking difficult and unloading and loading vehicle. Having children’s pool area is great. Accessible with stroller. Great experience at restaurant and staff accommodating with an infant.

Very clean and convenient for families. The hot pool needed to be cleaned

The hallway smelt like old smoke. The family pool needed attention as there was mold on the tile. Hot tub was cold. Adult pool was just fine. Staff were fabulous!
