Kwa'Lilas Hotel

The hotel was beautiful. The rooms were clean. The noise level was terrible, I heard people say that they loved staying there because they let the kids run. There were hockey teams with probably 10 to 15 year olds. They ran the hallways till 1 am on friday night. Saturday night the same. The kids were allowed to have ice and water fights in the halls. Where was the parent supervision.Took many phone calls to the front desk, for something to be done. On sunday seen kids using sheets to get from the first floor windows up to the second floor windows. The breakfast was ok, except they always seemed to be low on the food. I was in Port Hardy for a funeral, not a party. I had asked the manager to call me, a week later, still no response. The best stay.

Very clean . We ate a bathtub family but the shower was very nice.

It was second time staying here. The pub is terrific with welcoming staff and great food. Comfy beds and beautiful bathrooms. The only caution I have is related to noise on the ground floor. I had hoped that because I’m a gold member on Hotels.com (big deal right?!) that I would be offered a room on floors 2 or 3. The first floor can be loud with ambient noise in the mornings and people coming and going in the evening. You also can’t roll up the blind because the window is adjacent to parked cars. If I had little kids with me, they definitely would have had a disrupted sleep. In saying all that, I am looking forward to my next stay

Loved it! Perfect location, very clean and great food in the pub for the whole family.

Very clean and comfortable room. The attached restaurant served excellent food and the complimentary breakfast was great. Only drawback, thin walls and noisy, rude family above us but management saw to it quickly and courteously. Would stay again.
