Canadian brew house had a roof top dj night which you could hear clear as day til 2 am. Not super great with two little children. The bedding smelled of dirty BO and the bathroom was gross

Did not like the room dirty and old no room in shower so dated old tile and was damaged. Paid way to much for the room and the tub and shower only fit one person. And was way to loud will not stay there again. Very disappointed. Will not recommend this hotel to friends and family and others. So very disappointing to spend that much money on a very sad conditioned room.

Due to a close family, member emergency I had to cancel Saturday’s booking, Sandman is not charging me for it, and they told me to contact and let you know, the only reason why I booked it was because it had a full-size fridge in your picture

A little disappointing. Pool is under maintenance. They should’ve put it in the website the dates of maintenance so we can avoid booking here. One of the main thing we book of hotel because of pool and my kids got so disappointed of our stay because they were looking forward to go swimming but it didn’t happen.

Great stay with the family while in town for business. Hotel was excellent - parking was a plus! Restaurant was AMAZING! Only negative - pool and hot tub were pretty basic. Could use a refresh but still did the trick!

We have stayed at this Hotel 5 or 6 times probably 20 nights total. Always great until our last visit. No face cloths in room, asked at the front desk, "will have some sent right up". Never happened. The phone did not work for our entire stay (4 days) Our room never got cleaned at all (one day was our own fault we forgot to take off the do not disturb sign) We asked about our room not being cleaned, he looked on his list and said" it says here it was cleaned" and that there was nothing he could do. Will be back next time we visit family and we hope for a better experience.

2 adults and 2 kids in their standard room. Comfy beds and linens, pillows were a bit bigger than used to but would definitely stay there again.
