Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. I have requested adjoining rooms but was not given that. Service at the front desk was just ok. The pools heater was not working properly so kids were disappointed by that. For the price i think i would look elsewhere the next time.

New hotel with an awesome water park which was the main draw for our us with kids. Breakfast was better than most continentals too. Rooms were nothing special and not family friendly which is surprising for a hotel that caters to families. Barn door to the bathroom was not great with a toddler as we couldnt keep him out. Also uncomfy furniture with metal on the armrests not great for trying to breastfeed a baby. Staff was also not super helpful. Rooms not cleaned daily unless you ask, and we only asked for extra replacement towels which were not brought and so we had to call twice later in the evening to request them- they did not want to bring them up, and we were wrangling two small over tired kids so it was an inconvenience to have to go all the way down to get them. Service definitely could be improved

The pool area is great for kids, but our room smelt terrible and various surfaces were in pretty rough shape (desk, chair). This hotel has pretty high price point compared to others and it isn't worth it. Hope we weren't given a crap room because it was an Expedia booking

Very family friendly, the pool is a great way to occupy their time and the breakfast was great. The cleaning staff manager even let us borrow pool hotels to check out prince georges new pool center. The check-in staff may have been overwhelmed or at the end of her shift, she was kind of rude. Overall a good experience

I mean normally I like this place, but I paid $250 so that the kids could play at the pool/waterpark and they had broken glass all in their pool area and I even got glass in my foot. Along with several other kids.

Definitely worth a staycation and recommend for out of towners for family, beds were ok, breakfast was hot with bagels, bacon, egg, waffles.. cereal, coffe, juice station everything clean, pantry for extra snacks can be purchased otherwise recommend The Canadian Brewhouse not more that a block away, grocery ammenites include superstore & $1tree, only minus was not sure on eco friendly.. the heater when lowered or increased was quite noisy. Can use credit card for vending machines could be better tendered, we stayed in room 211, the coin slot was jammed. Checkout around 930/10am was.quite ide with an overnight night and one last morning swim :)

Love the convenient location, the rooms and hotel are well kept and nice. The check in staff was helpful and nice. The pool and waterslides are awesome, but there was no lifeguard or anyone monitoring the pool and there were a few kids who were very rowdy and being unsafe on the water slides. Also nobody was at the front desk to ask for extra towels. I would stay here again for sure.

We love staying at the Pomeroy every time we come to PG. Great location to get around PG easily and is conveniently close to Costco and the Pine Centre Mall. The pool is a big hit with the kids. Also love the main foyer area with the couches and tables to hang out and play board games.

The grandkids LOVED the slide and pool, was a great experiance. The continental breakfast was very good with good selections for the grandkids and us.
