The toilets are not cleaned properly. I took a photo! How can I send it to you? Their was no one looking after the breakfast area. Waffle batter jug not refilled. BIG Mess around the waffle maker, no one to clean it. When we returned to the hotel around 4pm, what appeared to be friends of the desk person were there visiting sitting at the tables, nursing a child, another child half dressed. The desk staff are not welcoming, they could be friendlier. At least make some attempt to talk. I’ve travelled extensively, stayed in hundreds of hotels, had hundreds of hotel breakfasts. And I’ve been in business for myself. I know how customers want to be treated and be spoken to.
