Holiday Inn Express & Suites Terrace, an IHG Hotel

We had some damages in our room that i didnt expect to see. I also was surprised that after telling staff that children were playing with the emergency pool equipment and had it in the pool that no one went to put it back safely, i put it back but the ropes should of been fixed and were still like that 2 days later. The pool area is a free for all with 3 times of trying to go there was wither minors between ages of 5-8 with no parents, or minors just about having sex, or screaming so loud kids had to leave bc of unparented children ruining the whole area many who were public on not guests. I get they say follow the rules but if kids and parents dont their is no point in booking here if u want to use the pool in the summer, bc if u inform them they dont do anything. The first time we booked here it was not a problem. And it really put a damper we couldnt enjoy the pool more, and when we did it was difficult to even hear anyone, and ppl were just comming in and leaving without trying to use it.

Easy access when driving, good parking and very clean. We used the gym as well as the pool, both were well maintained. Breakfast was included, plentiful and again a clean self serve. We were a family of 5 and our stay was very pleasant.

Everything about our stay, including the booking process, was outstanding. After finding out our flight to Terrace was pushed back to the last flight of the night, I called the hotel to make sure they had an airport shuttle for midnight and they confirmed they did. After I booked the room online, the person I spoke with on the phone called me to confirm a pick up time for the shuttle as he remembered I called to inquire a few hours earlier. The shuttle was there right when our flight landed and the driver was so patient as we had to inform the airline of missing luggage. When we got to the hotel, the person at the front desk was so kind and thoughtful. They already had the crib set up for us and gave us complimentary waters once we arrived. The rooms were so comfortable for 3 adults and an infant and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious. I didn't get the chance to use the pool but I hear wonderful things. I would absolutely recommend staying here!
