Best Western Plus Chemainus Inn

Disappointed for the first time in 3 weeks traveling canada. On check in with my partner 2 year old toddler and 71 year old mother with breathing issues was told lift was not working and would have to use stairs! No help with bags. Breakfast was not great, no milk left of any kind then no cheese and no staff to ask. I sat down had a small meal which was average i got up to get a glass of apple just and there was a staff member next to machine. It was now not working but was 5 mins ago. I asked if i could use it? She said its off i asked nicely could it come on again and was told no. Really put my back up on a basic breakfast. Made my feelings known on check out to be told no manager till tuesday 4 days time! . My advice nice rooms but sure theres better about. Or go out for breakfast.. really shame

We had a lovely stay at this hotel with my family. The rooms are very spacious and well equipped and clean. Breakfast was included .

Clean, quiet, great location. Breakfast was good and kids loved the pool

We stayed there for a hockey tournament. I know there were multiple teams there. Yhe staff was nice and on top of things only complaint is for someone struggling with stairs the elevator is very slow and lags on the 4th floor. And with kids playing in the elevator it made it worse!. Pool great! Food good! But again obviously a lil busy and i think they werent super prepared to host so many people as alot of things were out by 830. Was a great stay even the minor inconveniences.

The hotel is in great shape and the staff are amazing. I have a family member that needs some help with medical care and the staff and general manager are really caring and genuine about how they are doing. The bar across the street is not a place I would recommend for food, ordered just a a cheese burger with bacon and no onions, it was $18 for just a burger and had onions and no bacon and there was no way the quality of it was worth anything close to the price of it!

Great spot for a family getaway and nearby baseball tournament.

Loved our stay, will definitely return! The breakfast was amazing and the pool/hot tub is always a necessity when travelling with the family!

The lady at the front desk was wonderful! Very understanding of all the hockey kids and let them play in a hallway where they didn’t bother others. Amazing.
