My kids had a blast in the water slide. Lots of breakfast options.

Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and a nice breakfast. Our kids enjoyed the pool.

Property and rooms were clean and the bed was really comfortable. They have a heated pool and spa which was so good to swim in. Free breakfast buffet options and lots of varieties to choose from. There were apples, cakes and coffee and tea you can stop by to take all day long at the dining area when breakfast was done. We had issues with our tv images being blurry and they offered to. Hange rooms or Tv. We chose the TV change and that made a lot of difference watching cable channels. The swimming pool also had a slide that kids enjoyed

The continental breakfast was delightful. We have dairy and egg allergies and do not eat meat and they were easily able to cater to us (at request) with plenty of fresh fruit, bagels, muffins, hash browns, jams, and cereal options (no dairy-free milk). The pool was warm and the slide was lots of fun for the adults and kids. A nice clean room with a huge bathroom, lots of living room space for our birthday celebration, and nice comfy beds with excellent black out blinds. Would stay again.

Well, i would have been happy to give the hotel a glowimg review but our customer service experience was terrible. We booked the hotel on expedia. We booked a room the was adverised as sleeping 7. This was thee only reason we stayed at this hotel. We were in town to see family for new years. We werent there for the pool or free breakfast we needed a place to sleep 7. We checked in, went to our room it only slept 6. I called front desk and asked if there was a cot in the room somewhere or if they'd send one up, we needed beds for seven. They said oh, no, if you want to sleep seven there is a extra $21/night charge for the cot. I said the room is advertised as sleeping seven, it doesnt, it currently sleeps 6. This was blatantly false advertising but they proceeded to double down and tell me if i wanted the room to actually sleep 7 as advertised i would need to cough up another $42. I own a business. We advertise and sometimes we dont get it right or leave room for interpretation in our ads. This falls on us and if ever anything is in question or could be interpreted differently we honour or own it and give the customer what was understood. It is so ridiculous to me that the hotel would grinde me over a $21/night cot charge. We booked the room for $150/night. The hotel was quiet, not like there was a cot shortage? Front desk gave us flack for booking through expedia. The managment needs some customer service classes.

My family and I had a great time at this hotel. Very friendly staff. Pool and waterslide were awesome!

Great stay for the family

Me and my kids loved it! It was quiet and calm and they really enjoyed the water park and hot tub!

We family of 3 love our experiences with Travelodge. The hotel is in good shape. Receptionists were very very nice, we checked in with May and she was nice, fast and professional. The check out receptionists were very nice too and really listened to our comments. Room has all you needs for a short visit, complimentary tea and coffee. Complimentary Breakfast till 10 am was amazing, diversified and well made. Best complimentary breakfast ever. Seems that they have complimentary breakfast for staffs, after guests finish their breakfast (after 10am), which means they treat their staff nicely, big plus. Hotel has a pool with a slide and kids enjoy it very much. Walking distance to good restaurants, 15 minutes walking or 3 minutes driving to a very nice park called Kinsmen. However, the hot tub was a little too hot that we couldn’t enjoy it. There were kids running down the hallway at night from the up floor. They stop at 11:30 pm after I heard some adults talking to them so After that I still has a good sleep and it was very quiet. Those are just tiny things compare to all good experiences. Therefore, we will still come back and it’s totally worth the money, they totally deserve a 5*
