We were in town for a kids tournament. It was very easy to find, easy to park, easy and fast check in. Our room was spotless and comfortable. The clean pool was also a big hit. I'd definitely stay here again.

This is a go to place when you would like to enjoy a day in Sylvan Lake for a picnic. It’s 18 minutes away from the lake. The place is well maintained and relaxed atmosphere after a busy day at the lake especially for families. The rooms are equipped with basic kitchen utensils for a longer stay even. A truly home away from home. The breakfast has several choices and and their 24 hour coffee and tea beverage ( complimentary) in the lobby and little kiosk for snacks for a charge and some basic medicine is convenient as well.

Loves this hotel. Only down side was children above us running around till 10 pm in a few nights. We stayed 6 nights. Hotels should ask when booking if people have children and then put them on ground level.other than that this was a great hotel and fantastic breakfast.

This hotel and staff made our Family Day weekend gathering absolutely wonderful. The kids have loved the swimming, the rooms are great and the staff have been awesome. Couldn’t ask for a better experience

Had the best time with my family...staff very friendly, patient and attention to detail. Requested for room change with no issues at all. Despite our family sleeping in daily....we got the room replenished and cleaned and very neat....this is the place especially for families ....look no further...yes I will return soon

Our family stayed at the hotel for a recent conference and really enjoyed the large room and kitchenette. The bathroom was large enough for two women to get ready at thw vanity. We had more space than in other similar properties in Red Deer. It is also very new so is clean and modern. The breakfast area is more like a large hallway and doesn't make you want to sit very long. The breakfast is basic with alot of packaged foods. For example, muffins, cinnamon buns and boiled eggs all sealed in plastic wrap. While good for freshness this was not appetizing. The only hot food was waffles. There was not breakfast meat (sausage or bacon). The location is somewhat far from the Westerner park so check if it meets your needs. Overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.
