The location was convenient for us as we were just passing through and we simply hopped back on the highway. Not convenient to town but surrounded by shopping and basic restaurants. The facilities are great. Star was friendly and professional. Parking was easy and they provided free EV charging with foot connectors! Pool area is great with jacuzzi, kids splash area and separate lap pool.

Awesome Hotel. Clean, kid friendly. Delicious breakfast, and the best pool area for my 3 year old. Had a mini water slide and splash pad. Nice hot tub. Very clean. Great service at breakfast with lots of fresh choices. Highly recommend

The pool was great for the kids, it was clean and well maintained. The room was clean but sad to say the beds were very uncomfortable. The sofa bed was the worst. The mattresses on the bed and the sofa bed in the suite were cheap coiled mattresses. Extremely creaky, and you can feel every single coil when you lay down. Probably won’t stay here again because of that unfortunately.

I was so impressed with the TownePlace Suites. The staff were fantastic, the rooms were clean and spacious and the pool area was wonderful for the kids. I stayed over the easter weekend and I think the hotel handled the extra people phenomenally. A big shout out to Leslie who was there every morning for breakfast. My grandkids loved her and she did a fantastic job making sure everything was well stocked and clean for breakfast.

This is a fantastic property. Very family friendly, pool is a dream for young kids. Breakfast is free and has all the usual hotel breakfast amenities. The hotel staff were fantastic!

Our gymnastics team stayed here for our competition, it was fantastic. Staff is all lovely, breakfast was great, kids loved the pool, lots of dining walking distance, great room options. Will stay here in the future for sure.

The rooms were excellent and well appointed. The pool area was perfect for my kids and was definitely the highlight for them. I only dropped one star in the ratings because the stairs for the water slide were actually quite disgusting and the caulking is all moldy with black mold. Overall, an excellent experience! We will definitely stay again and look for the same chain in other cities based on this stay.
