My check-in was efficient and staff were pleasant. The room that I was in was clean, but in need of a little TLC. It appears that the hotel is quite kid friendly lol. The breakfast was adequate. Check-out was great as well. Overall a good experience.

We booked at this hotel for the slide and pool for the kids. The pool area was dirty, there was poop on the slide and beside the pool. There was food leftover on the floor. Used towels left all over. I know it’s not entirely the responsibility of the hotel. The people staying there should do better. But the hotel should look at controlling more the environment there.

We booked at this hotel mainly to use the water slide for our 6 year old. Upon arrival we were told the pool was getting cleaned and would be ready for 6 or 7pm. We then asked at 6pm when it would be ready for use the staff told us it is closed for the night. We went down to the pool area and there were families waiting to use the pool. They said the staff said it would be ready soon but we were told it was closed. Very unfortunate seeing that we booked this hotel for the water slide.

Great place for a family stopping in for the night. Waterslide, continental breakfast. Clean room and friendly staff. Great price. Our family loves this hotel.

We had to tell the front desk 3 times that kids were running up and down the hallway, screaming, laughing, knocking on everyone’s doors, including ours. Right up until midnight! I think staff need to do better. Had this been a business trip and I needed a good nights rest, I would have been livid. Staff didn’t care to say anything!

Pretty nice place. Kids had fun. Waterslide is a bit dangerous as it shoots out into the middle of the pool. Fine for small kids but if adults slide down they crash through all the little kids swimming. Nice staff and nice that they offer a breakfast

The only reason I didn’t give this a perfect score is because the pool and hot tub are out of commission but they did not inform us of this when we booked it. False advertising, the pool is the main reason we booked it and the kids were pretty disappointed. $176 a night and no pool is a bit steep. Otherwise everything was great including the breakfast.
