Our family had a really great experience here and everything was clean and staff was friendly! Great hot breakfast and nice pool and hottub with a fun waterslide! The location was perfect with several places to eat very very close, and a great mall close by as well!!!

My check-in was efficient and staff were pleasant. The room that I was in was clean, but in need of a little TLC. It appears that the hotel is quite kid friendly lol. The breakfast was adequate. Check-out was great as well. Overall a good experience.

We booked at this hotel for the slide and pool for the kids. The pool area was dirty, there was poop on the slide and beside the pool. There was food leftover on the floor. Used towels left all over. I know it’s not entirely the responsibility of the hotel. The people staying there should do better. But the hotel should look at controlling more the environment there.

We booked at this hotel mainly to use the water slide for our 6 year old. Upon arrival we were told the pool was getting cleaned and would be ready for 6 or 7pm. We then asked at 6pm when it would be ready for use the staff told us it is closed for the night. We went down to the pool area and there were families waiting to use the pool. They said the staff said it would be ready soon but we were told it was closed. Very unfortunate seeing that we booked this hotel for the water slide.

Loved the quality of the hotel, kids loved the pool, hottub and waterslide, unfortunately we slept in and missed out on the breakfast but we will definitely stay here again. Staff was very accommodating.

We had to tell the front desk 3 times that kids were running up and down the hallway, screaming, laughing, knocking on everyone’s doors, including ours. Right up until midnight! I think staff need to do better. Had this been a business trip and I needed a good nights rest, I would have been livid. Staff didn’t care to say anything!
