The screencast didn’t work, there were issues logging into wifi and the plug ins didn’t work. Wasn’t overly impressed in terms of technology/power supply; as for the pool- there should be more toys/floaties for infants and children. However, everything else was lovely.

Awesome Hotel.. comfortable bed and pillows. Slept like a baby. Awesome restaurant close by with mall near by. Very clean room. Usually stay here and will continue to do so. Left iPhone charger and lightning cable in our room. hotel found it, but up to us to make arrangements to ship back to us. Offered to pay for shipping, but have to make our arrangements with Fedex to pick up and deliver to us. BYE.

Had 3 adults, 2 kids, and a dog in one room and it was comfortable with no issues! Breakfast was good with sausages, omelettes, waffles, and the usual breakfast things. Friendly staff… no complaints whatsoever! Would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay! Lots of businesses around property didn’t have to do a lot of travel. Staff very friendly and kid friendly!

I wouldn't want to spend days in this hotel but for a night or two away it was great. It would be a great back to school get away -- close to the mall, and a great pool for kids.

Hotel stay was great. pool was nice and warm, hot tub was too hot though. noise from a ringette group was not hotel's fault. great stay over all with the kids.

We really enjoyed the pool. It was perfect for young kids. The only thing here that would have helped was a railing at the stairs to assist with getting in and out (both young kids and those unsteady on their feet). The room was comfortable and clean. The bed, bedding and pillows were comfy. It was quiet in the night during our stay as well. The poor girl at the front desk was lovely but seemed pretty busy and it was hard to ask for extra towels from her. My only complaint was the bathroom. It was spacious and well appointed...but the door squeaked horribly! So much that it woke other people in the room in the night. The bathtub was also noisy. Like when you stood in the shower, it was creaky underneath. My mother thought that a grab rail in the shower would have made it easier for her.
