The hotel is brand new so condition of the rooms are excellent, clean, close to COSTCO and restaurants. However, I will not stay or recommend this hotel for annoying kids, noise in hallways, and what’s worst, disgusting toilets on main floor by the swim. Pool. This is not hotel faults, but parents of kids who are not supervising. Hotel needs to take action& put families with kids on main floor or 1st floor so other paying guest can actually enjoy stay & have a quiet night. BTW, I’m a parent of 18 y old, like kids, but this was not a good experience. Wanted to throw up when I need a bathroom on main floor.

As usual the stay here was wonderful. They make it so convenient for those of us travelling with kids and a dog. Rooms are comfortable, front desk was very nice and the area is set up so nice for our dog.

New looking and clean. Nice area for the continental breakfast. Restaurants in walking distance. Room was large and spacious. Pool was very fun for the kids.

Very nice hotel.Room was great, staff were great. Unfortunatley for us there was group that was there the same time that had no repect for the other guests and couldnt be bothered to control their children. We ended up checking out at midnight because of it. The staff unfortunatly had their hands tied by the hotel policies which prevented further action against the rowdy bunch.

Massive group of people with young kids were running around the hotel all night making noise. Hotel staff warned them multiple times, but that did nothing to stop the noise. Informed the staff at checkout and all we got was a “We appreciate your feedback” aka we don’t care, give us your money and piss off.

This is the place to stay. Ever time I come to visit family I stay here. My grandkids stay with me and we have blast. They love pool. Very clean and very home away from home

Liked the room. It was larger than standard and had a table for eating at. There were stools with wheels that our kids could sit on and eat at the table. also, the pool and hot tub were nice, kids enjoyed the water slide.

Very noisy: uncontrolled kids using the halls as their playpen, dogs howling in the early morning. Terrible if you want to rest. Good internet (wifi, ethernet). Mostly clean except for the dried up white fluid on the bed skirt of one of the beds. Better attention to detail when cleaning is absolutely necessary. The bathroom and hard surfaces were clean. For the price I was not impressed as it was one of the more expensive options. After this experience I'm very reluctant to book this chain again.

Staff were amazing, asked to buy deck of cards and they just gave us some. Also got a little goodie bag for my toddler when I checked in. Extremely clean and staff were so amazing. Definitely stay again next visit family.

We had a great stay! The property was clean and modern, the rooms were nice and the beds were comfy. The pool was small but the perfect temperature and perfect for a family swim. Breakfast was delicious! Would definitely stay here again.
