Stayed for 2 nights with my children. The hotel was beautiful; newly renovated and clean. From check-in to check-out, the staff were very helpful. I would especially commend the front counter staff and the breakfast staff. We asked for a different room as the rooms beside the pool can be noisy, and our request was granted with a smile . Also, one of my children needed to have an apple sliced , due to jaw issues, and , when she had difficulty with the plastic knife, in the dining area, one of the breakfast staff chopped up the apple for her; so very kind ! Thank you for a wonderful stay; we will definitely be back, whenever we visit Jasper/Hinton again!

Our family suite was located in the basement. Our window looks out into a deep window well with weeds growing. Very expensive hotel for a room with a view of weeds. Location is less than ideal for day trips to jasper area.

The pool was great for the kids. The room was really larger. Overall a great stay and we will stay again.
