Cleanliness is pristine! My kids literally scream cleanliness upon entering our room especially the bathroom.

Great hotel, kids enjoyed the pool and water slide and the staff was helpful with all of our questions.

The pool was great for the kids. The room was really larger. Overall a great stay and we will stay again.

It was very inconvenient for my family and me as I have my old grandmother with me and my family suite was in the basement and it was all dark and shady, which were not informed about during the timing of the booking. My grandmother is claustrophobic and it was very inconvenient for her to stay in the basement specially during our vacation. I inquired at reception and discussed my concern and she told me i should have been told by expedia about the family suite location in the basement, which I was never told by expedia. They didn’t have any rooms on main level or any other level for family suite. So the only option they told me to take 2 rooms upstairs with two queen beds and I have to pay for that. Which I did during my stay because I didn’t have any other choice. So I want the expedia to look into my problem and kindly give my money back as I didn’t use the family room or compensate according to your company policies. Thank you.

Lovely family suite, very spacious for us family of 6! The check in staff was really friendly and overall the place is very nice. Will come again on our next visit!

waterslide was a real treat for kids location - was booked as "close to jasper" but was quite far

We absolutely loved this hotel! Our room was very modern looking and exceptionally clean. All staff were very helpful and kind. Our room had a mini fridge and microwave. The pool and water slide were great for our family and the continental breakfast was delicious. My kids were also thrilled to have a bunch of board games to borrow. We definitely hope to stay here again soon!

We stay at this place every summer, the one thing that stops this from getting a higher score is the parking lot garbages are always over flowing. Aside from this the place is a great place to take the family.
