The hotel is really nice for a family stay. Easy access to downtown and highway. Very clean rooms, good service, nice pool and spa.

Very functional and family friendly room. Loved the amount bench space to put things and for extra seating at the table. Microwave could be requested free of charge which came in very handy. Room was very clean and bed was comfy.

The noise from adjacent room was awful. The family was a bit boisterous but the sound proofing of the suite door was non existent. Would not recommend.

Loved staying here with young kids. Pool was clean and quiet. Building and rooms very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We loved the decor in the room; very modern and new looking. We've moved on to another hotel in a different city and the kids are asking to go back to "the other hotel" lol. Only thing we didn't love was having to pay for parking per day but that might be a new thing for Canmore? Overall all it was awesome and we definately will be back again. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Didn’t recognize hotel from pictures. Looks much nicer online. Tiny room/bathroom. Breakfast was good in restaurant. Lobby was okay and service good. Could hear people talking and children in hallways and toilets flushing from room above. All for $450.00 for one night seemed a bit much, even given that it is located in a beautiful town.

Rooms are clean, staff was friendly. Only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t access the pool from the hotel you had to go outside… not ideal for small kids when it’s -25 outside…

HORRIBLE stay. Had a complaint that our TV was too loud at 10:45 pm when it was at a super low volume (9 out of like 30) on the news. We were all in bed at the time and almost asleep. The desk called and passed this info to my 11 yo child instead of speaking to an adult. When we asked the desk to come to our room to see that we were being quiet, it took multiple requests. When security came to our room, they agreed that we were not a problem room. So know that there is obviously zero level of sound protection between the rooms. If you are getting a “patio”, realize that it consists of 2 concrete slabs with 2 chairs and are literally 2 inches from your neighbour, with no divider. Also, you will be on the main floor. We could hear lots of noise from our upstsirs neighbours starting( banging, footsteps, conversations) at 7:30 am and couldn’t sleep because of it. So not worth the price they are charging.

Fantastic hotel. Loved the room setup. Everyone was kind. Because we weren’t using room service, they gave us two $5.00 off coupons to use in their restaurant. We used for breakfast the morning we left. There was a buffet and could be the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. The staff in the restaurant were amazing with my kids and generally so kind. I highly recommend staying at this hotel

Great customer service upon check in. Only thing of note would be the open walkway to fitness/pool area since in separate building...not ideal with kids in cold weather!!
