Great location and family friendly. Property needs to be cleaned a bit more before each guest. Floors were so dirty.

We stayed for 3 nights in the chinook building and it was an infuriating experience. We were on the main floor facing reception and were woken up by cleaners using loud vacuums, garbage trucks, delivery trucks etc all before 7am!!!! They give you a number to call 24hrs for front desk but no one actually picks it up and when I went over to ask what the terrible noise was that woke up my family for 2 nights in a row, the lady said she didn’t know because the condo board hires out trades and “they like to do things early” The pool was tiny for the complex and so crowded we couldn’t get in. I wouldn’t stay again, I didn’t sleep for 3 nights and didn’t get any help from the staff

The room was fantastic! Lots of room and beautiful. Perfect set up for my family. Only drawback were the towels. We found it strange for a place that sleeps six to only have 2 bath towels (and 4 small pool towels).

Suite was fine but the water in our ensuite shower never got hot. We had 3 families and specifically requested that 2 of us be close but they didn’t get the right 2 families despite being very clear on our wishes. We gave the names. One family was in another building and it was not easily accessible

Super cozy room, great for what we were looing for - relaxing, watching movies, playing games with the family. Wished we could have stayed longer!

I found having underground parking a bonus because it allowed us to go back and forth from adventures to the hotel without hassle. It also made unloading/loading easier, however the lack of parking spots from Bow Parkade was a struggle and the early check out time of 10am made us feel a bit rushed. Otherwise we will be coming back again!! I recommend to families and couples looking to have a suite for their stay.

Parking was very full. Room had a great layout. Loved the full sized table for our family. Loved the patio. But the blinds need to be better. Didn’t stop sunlight very well. Especially in common area. Otherwise we thought it was one of the nicest condos in the area. The pool was a huge disappointment. Way too narrow and small. For such a nice resort, we couldn’t believe the pool. Not for kids at all.

The reservation staff are top notch, they went out of their way to ensure our room was pet free as my son has a severe allergy to dogs. This is a beautiful property, however it is in dire need of some maintenance (which I think they're doing). The pool and hot tub were open but the chlorine was very strong and the pool was very small and busy (and having to go outside or go through the parkade to access wasn't very convenient). The theatre was closed so I can't comment on that. Our room was spacious but it really needs some love (and I did mention the issues to the front desk staff when we checked out). The sofa bed was unusable as a bed and very uncomfortable as a couch, I think it's just old and needs to be replaced. The tub faucet in the second bath dripped constantly and didn't switch the water off to the faucet when you had the shower head on so you had water coming from both and there was a big crack in the plastic of the tub surround. One of the power outlet covers was broken (not very safe if you have small kids). Most of the dishes were dirty so we had to wash before we could use. There was a TV mount in the bedroom but no TV. The king bed was actually two long twins stuck together and very uncomfortable. The dishwasher needs to be fixed so it turns on properly. The blow dryer was so dirty it was sticky and sounded so awful I was afraid to use it. If they just replace some furniture and clean a little better I think it could be great...and change check-in to 4pm.
