Hotel Blackfoot

Great hotel - lots of kids there though so not super quiet. I did find some garbage left in the room which was disappointing.

We were attending a concert at the saddledome, fairly close to get there. Also close to grey eagle casino where we met family!

We had a room next to the elevator and it was extremely loud whenever someone would walk by, especially kids running down the hall. The room itself was clean.

The hotel stay was great. The hotel is updated, clean and has great amenities. I wish I knew there was a pool, the outdoor pool looked very inviting. Breakfast was included and had decent options. The negatives would be location and having a room facing the pool which was loud at times. If you can avoid it, ask for a room far from pool as the shrieking children can be very loud. The hotel is about 22 minutes driving from the airport and is about a 15 minute drive to the downtown core. Calgary does not have the best transit so if you’re staying here, best to get a car because it takes about an hour to get downtown with the city’s transit. Overall a good stay, I would just do a few things differently. I would recommend and would stay here again.

Nice place to stay for family.

Usually we rent a car but this time we used the sedan service to & from the airport. It was perfect for our late night flight arrival and very early morning departure. The location of Hotel Blackfoot is perfect for shopping and when we’re in town to visit family & friends. Two thumbs up for Hotel Blackfoot.

Rooms are very nice with beautiful bathrooms. Enjoyed having a mini fridge and microwave available especially traveling with a baby. Will stay here again if back in Calgary
