The room especially the bathroom was vwry tired and dirty. No detail in the cleaning and corners clearly not been touched in months. The toilet kept loudly refilling itself every few seconds, so i had to turn off the valve so i could sleep. Guests and kids running and shouting in the corridor til after 1am.

Pros: Staff and everyone was great. Very clean. Cons: pool did not have a gradual walk in. Hard with smaller children. Gets expensive with hotel and no breakfast included. Door to Denny's is broken and need to go outside to get in. Ok when weather is good.

There were kids in the room above me running back and forth continually. A call to the front desk was taken seriously and while I had to move rooms I was put on the top floor and had a quiet room from then on. Front desk staff was great

This is a good hotel with an excellent location. I booked a family room with a bunk bed and sitting area but was issued a similar room instead. Not ideal but it worked . Pool and hot tub were nice. Moxies gift card was a nice touch . I would stay again .

It's in a great location for visits with family and friends in the area. There are a lot of shopping centers and restaurants nearbu. The beds are very comfortable and the staff is lovely.

Hotel was nice. We booked because it has a swimming pool, but the pool was down for maintenance for 2 days that we were there. My child was super disappointed about the pool. I called to upgrade my room the day prior to check in, and was told it wasnt allowed as I booked with Expedia. When i arrived, the hotel had no issues upgrading my room with a fee.

Seemed to have lots of dinning options close by. Room was showing age, bathroom was well below standard for the cost of room. Shower didn’t work, no hot water and toilet would run all night. Pool and breakfast area seemed nice but where so dirty we didn’t use either. Multiple calls and face to face talks with the front desk about kids playing baseball in the hallways around 9-10 pm. Sandman only had one front desk person working the night so nothing could be done.

Hotel has a good location on the south side of Calgary, close to the deer foot trail. Surrounded by places to eat. Has a pool and hot tub. And at the time had a fun gift bag for our kid which helps entertain. Stuff like that is memorable.

Great stay. Upgraded to junior corporate suite. Staff was helpful, friendly, and professional. Great dining options on the property. Will stay again.
