Wonderful experience. Everyone could speak English. Everyone was extremely pleasant and always willing to help. Once in a while there was a little musty smell from the ac blowing in, but not bad. Our junior suite was perfect with a perfect view of the sandy beach and bay.! The only negative thing was that being a guest of this hotel, I paid more for my tickets for tours than the guests at a hotel 2 doors down.
