Mar Palace Copacabana

I was travelling for business and needed a minimul level of confor i havent had. I arrived from Europe at 6.30am and paid a night just for a shower. There was no water in the hotel. I was asked to wait few minutes. After one hr the water arrived but only cold. I had to leave for a meeting at 8.30 without a shower. Additionally the room was very noisy because of big funs on the next building. They kindly offered to change the room and i re-packed. In the second room, at 2am i jumped in bed becouse a tundersorm was in my room. I recorded that with my Ipad. The bathroom is linked from the ceiling with the next room and for 20 minutes It was like 2 people were having the shower in my room, joking and loughing out loud. Complained again and a new room was assigned. A junior suite (nearly the same as a room standard, just at the top of buiding).
