Beach was a 20 minute shuttle ride, but totally worth it. Beautiful bay, playground, water sports, perfect for the kids. Pool at hotel was beautiful, Baja ledge, hot tub, pool was warm, looked out over the bay. Our room was nothing special. Easy walk to restaurants.

I had the opportunity to stay at this property on my first family vacation what a disappointment. House keeping was horrible, we walked in to a ball a hair in our shower. After we complained they said they put in for a deep cleaning that ball of hair moved from the shower to the trash nothing was cleaned, they didn’t even make our bed they threw our blanket on the bed and boom room clean. They didn’t empty our trash, you can see stains on pillows and cover. The room looked old and in maintained. Elevators were small and as well old looking, not to talk about resort fees and tax over $120 per night for what? Never going back.

My family had an amazing time in this hotel. The best place to stay in Bermuda especially if it’s your first time visiting the island. We love everything in this resort. The staffs are friendly and with an excellent customer service. A

The staff was very friendly however the hotel is very overpriced for such an old hotel. Above my balcony ceiling was mildew. The corners of the tub was dirty and the arch on the balcony was chipping. The sheets had stains as if someone used it. 1609 was the best restaurant. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The breakfast package was a waste because the food was HORRIBLE! At check out they added fees basically overcharging. While checking out another family was complaint about their room as well. I will visit Bermuda again but not this hotel. Too expensive for a hotel that need many renovations.

Good property for families. Service is a little lacking under the management level for the amount paid. Hard to get a reservation in hotel restaurants which we had to find out on our own.

Incredible is an understatement. Amenities, service and overall experience was a 15/10. Would highly recommend this resort to anyone- the Princess has a way of catering to all guests (families, couples, business) in making an unforgettable trip!

Although not directly on the beach, the heated 2 pools were wonderful. The kid-friendly infinty pool was perfect for us. Plus the hot tub right near by. There is a private beach which you take a shuttle (jitney) to. About a quick 20 minute drive (it's a nice little tour of that part of the island) in a comfortable little bus takes you down to a beautiful, serene PRIVATE beach. The food there was excellent (some of the best we had) with lounge chair service. Kayaks and standing paddleboards were available for free plus in-water hammocks. So lovely!

My only complaint is that my room was tiny for my 2 kids and me. We loved the pool and the proximity to town. Great food options - we especially liked the cafe. Great shopping and beautiful gym.
